The production site of the Eurotab group based in Turkey, Eurotab Avrasya, serves the local market and the surrounding geographical area.
There are dedicated teams on-site to run production and handle customer service.

VARIOUS TABLET FORMATS
- Single, double and triple layer tablets
- Tablets from 16g to 19g, depending on the formula
- Exclusive partnership with a manufacturer of high-speed rotary presses: proximity, responsiveness and specific developments in line with requirements
ADAPTED PACKAGING
- Packaging of tablets in printed Flowpack film, classic water-soluble or shrink-wrapped film
- End of line automation for packaging in boxes, doypacks and bulk
FREQUENCY, QUALITY & QUANTITY CONTROLS
- Controls are carried from the incoming raw materials to the delivery of finished products to ensure compliance throughout the process.
- Our site comply with the SHEQ (Safety, Health, Environment, Quality) policy through an integrated management system.

MACHINE FLEET
Our fleet of machines operates 24 hours a day, 6 days a week,and is run by teams trained in the very specific powder compaction business.
This requires delicate expertise: the tablet must remain solid from whzn it is produced to when it is used, without affecting its dissolution when used.
Eurotab Avrasya's production facilities include 4 detergent lines designed to produce detergent tablets that match our customers' needs perfectly.
The production lines comprise:
- Rotary presses, some of which are capable of up to 1500 tabs/min
- Individual tablet packaging machines (flowrapping)
- Final packaging machines (cardboard boxes, Doypack, case packers

Our site in Turkey also has an integrated management system with quadruple certification:
- ISO 9001 (Quality) : Renewal obtained in 2019
- ISO 14001 (Environment) : Renewal obtained in 2019
- ISO 45001 (Security) : Certification obtained in 2019 (change of standard, the previous one was OHSAS 18001)
- ISO 10002 : Certification obtained in 2019
- ISO 22716 - GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) : Certification obtained in 2023
