« Manufacturing quality moisture absorbing tablets in compliance with the requirements of our company and our customers. »
« I’ve been with Eurotab since 2019 when I joined as a temporary worker and since 2020 on a permanent basis. I started as an operator in the HA workshop and then I got trained as a Line Operator in 2020. Operators are not involved in quality control, unlike a line driver. I’m also now trained as a forklift driver so as to be versatile in my job. »
« I check that everything is clean and well installed on the production line (blower, suction, etc.) and that the right formula is used (scent, layers, etc.).
Then, every 30 minutes, I take five tablets from the line. I go to my control office next door, and I analyse the weight, thickness, visual appearance of the tablet and also the seal and air tightness of the flow pack. Every two hours I also check the hardness of the tablets. I transfer the results onto the computer, which are then passed on to the quality department.
Depending on the results, I adjust the settings on the machines. There are often operators on the line with us. If there is a breakdown on the line, I call maintenance to repair the machine. »
« Thoroughness in the controls to avoid any quality impacts, and organisation. »
« I like the atmosphere in the HA workshop. We all get along really well! And equally the relationship with the leaders is appreciable. »
« The atmosphere is very important! And mutual support too. »
« Being versatile in my job and being able to train beginners. Sometimes I train people to be line operators. I explain how the line works and the different settings to produce quality tablets. Sharing knowledge is always fun, but I wouldn't necessarily say a source of pride. »
« I like fishing. I do a bit of DIY and play on the games console.I do a lot with my 8 month old son. »
