• The DESMARESCAUX Family strengthened its position with 71% of the shares of the Group

• AQUASOURCA (www.aquasourca.com) investment source, enters the capital with 24% of the shares.

• The SIPAREX Group (www.siparex.com) maintains its 5% participation

This new configuration shares a strategy aiming at creating values around 4 ambitions: Economic, Customer, Co-Worker and Citizen which is on-line with the strategy implemented since January 2008.
