EUROTAB INNOVATION is looking for an Engineer Innovation and New Applications , in charge to adapt the know-how " Tabletting " to various business sectors (except Home & Laundry care ) to diversify the customers portfolio, in agreement with the regulations and with the aim of a production in the conditions of quality, safety and economically viable.
You will apply your knowledge and skills in materials and processes for the study, the understanding and the development of new compact (shape, raw materials, ingredients, process parameters).

Your main missions will be:
• Manage the technology watch.
• Develop the understanding of the compaction of new materials
• Develop new techniques of tabletting and new techniques for formulation.
• Develop projects of new realizations of tablets, in association with the customers

For that purpose, the candidate will have to
• lean on a network of suppliers and academic partners which he will develop (domains of the sciences of materials and processing equipments).
• suggest innovative solutions
• organize and realize experimental plans , formulations and tests of efficiency, trials of implementation,
• Pilot the projects in the respect ofthe internal processes.
• Participate in the protection of the innovations according to the process of patenting • Capitalize, generate good practices.

Required skills:
• Master degree level Food-processing Engineer or PhD, directed " powders and solids ", even engineer materials (except polymers), with 8 - 10 years of experience agro food : Development processes, R&D, Production,

  Real knowledge in Quality / Safety / technico statutory
  Strong scientific Culture
  Comfortable in the material sciences and life
  Project management in autonomy
• Relational Qualities: communication and diplomacy.
• Capacity of innovation in a context of continuous improvement
• Analysis and synthesis. Method and rigor
